The health and safety of our community continues to be of the utmost importance to us. Our homeowners, guests, staff and trade partners are our top priority.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and following the guidelines our governments have put in place, as well as Tarion Warranty Corporation and health organizations in an effort to do our part during this time.
We have implemented and are mandating COVID-19 safety protocols in our head office, décor studio and all construction sites.
With these new safety protocols, we have reopened the Cachet Homes Head Office and have re-commenced Décor appointments in order to facilitate upcoming home completions.
While our Sales Offices remain closed at this time our Sales Representatives are still available to assist you in the comfort of your own home by phone and email. We are hopeful to reopen our Sales Offices by private appointment and new safety protocols in the coming weeks.
After Sales Service staff also continue to be available remotely.
Our Construction teams continue to work diligently to deliver homes to our valued homeowners. We are working together with our trade partners to ensure we provide a safe environment for all which may, in some instances, impact our production timelines. If there are any changes to closing dates, we will reach out to our homeowners individually.
