Cachet Over The Years: The Elements Of Thornhill Woods

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re thrilled to showcase several Cachet homes and communities from the last four decades. While every one of our developments is special to us, these custom homes and master-planned communities each have a distinctive feature that has played a significant role in our growth and evolution.

Today we’re looking back at The Elements of Thornhill Woods. Built in 2016 in Thornhill, this community was Cachet Homes’ first foray into a more modern architectural style.

The community’s unique location overlooks a winding expanse of lush greenery that allows homeowners to escape into the charms of this beautiful, unspoiled environment. Here, beside ravines and parks, residents enjoy all the luxuries of modern day living.

The Elements of Thornhill combines modern and timeless design styles to offer a high level of comfortable, luxurious living. The executive homes are distinguished by straight edges, flat rooflines and generous use of glass and stone.

The community consists of 20 detached homes which create an aesthetically-pleasing streetscape.

Cachet Homes was honoured to win Best Rendering, Low-Rise for The Elements of Thornhill Woods at the BILD Awards.

The 3-storey homes offer 4 finished floors and up to 4,000 sq. ft. of living space. The focus inside is on simplicity and clarity, with sleek woods and stone accents. Key interior features include open-concept living and dining areas (which are rendered bright and spacious by oversized windows), gourmet kitchens, and luxurious master bedrooms with spa-inspired ensuites, all meticulously designed by award-winning interior designer Bryon Patton.

The fresh, modern architecture and signature Cachet high-quality interiors resonated with homebuyers. The Elements of Thornhill Woods sold out in less than 24 hours.
