BILD Winner 2016

The BILD Awards is an exciting celebration of excellence in land development and the new home industry in the Greater Toronto Area. Every year the competition is fierce, featuring some of the most accomplished developers, new homebuilders, architects, designers, and sales and marketing professionals from across the region.

This year, Cachet Homes is honoured to win Best Rendering, Low-Rise for The Elements of Thornhill Woods. We are so proud of the work done by our team, which lead to the community selling out in less than 24 hours!

2017 Silver Award Winner at the Nationals

Cachet Homes attended the 37th NAHB’s (National Awards Gala) this year to accept a Silver award win for the best website for Cachet Orangeville.

The Nationals honours the best in new home sales, marketing and design.

2005 GTHBA Most Prestigious Pinnacle Award-Home Builder of the Year


This award, created in 1998 is the most prestigious for a builder and is awarded based on quality, service and customer commitment.
