CACHET CARES
Our Commitment to Community
At Cachet, our commitment to community extends well beyond quality homebuilding – we believe it is our corporate social responsibility to be a positive presence in the communities we build in.
Cachet strives to be a good neighbour by making meaningful contributions to local organizations that directly impact community members. Throughout the development process, we work to ensure that our communities are a welcome addition to the existing neighbourhoods we enter. Donating parks, trails and other gathering spaces that encourage connection amongst residents is always a priority for us. Through our partnerships with schools, hospitals and other community-centric groups, supporting our communities from the ground up is an integral part of who we are.
Giving Back to Our Communities
At Cachet, we know that building visionary communities starts with building strong relationships. We take a hands-on approach to community involvement, actively donating both our time and resources to organizations that improve access to food and shelter, promote youth empowerment and education, and support the overall health and well-being of families.
Our team coordinates two paid days of volunteer service yearly to engage with the families in our neighbourhoods through local organizations. Our efforts are focused on contributing to groups that work to enrich the lives of families across Southern Ontario, including: Habitat for Humanity, Feed Ontario, Million Dollar Smiles, Rare Charitable Reserve Fund, Hesperus Village Fellowship Fund, Hospital for Sick Children, Canada Helps, The Children’s Aid Foundation, United Way, and Boys & Girls Club of Canada, among others.
