Rebate available to eligible first-time homebuyers on new Cachet homes with an original purchase price of up to $1 million. Homes priced between $1 million and $1.5 million will be eligible for a partial rebate. Rebate is based on the eligibility determination of the federal government and is available to first-time homebuyers who purchased on or after March 20, 2025 only, subject to CRA approval.
