Rebate available to eligible homebuyers on new Cachet homes with an original purchase price of up to $1 million. Homes priced between $1 million and $1.5 million will be eligible for a partial rebate. Rebate is based on the eligibility determination of the federal and provincial governments. Available to first-time homebuyers who purchased on or after March 20, 2025 or homebuyers who purchase between April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, subject to CRA approval.
