At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Avon Park by Cachet, Cachet Binbrook, Erin Glen by Cachet, Heartwood by Cachet, Mount Hope by Cachet, and Westwood Village.
Avon Park
Construction has commenced on our model homes at Avon Park, with framing now complete. We’ve also started construction on the first units sold in Phase 1. Underground servicing and road works continue in Phase 2.
Cachet Binbrook
The homes in Phase 1 at Cachet Binbrook are nearing completion. Landscaping is scheduled to start this spring. Construction will commence on the homes in Phase 2 in April. Improvements on Binbrook Road have commenced with completion expected by the end of the summer.
Erin Glen
Construction continues on the homes at Erin Glen by Cachet, Over100 happy families have now moved into their new homes. Landscaping and sod will begin again this spring.
Heartwood
Framing of our new model homes at Heartwood is now complete. Phase 1 servicing is nearing completion with subdivision registration and building permit availability expected to occur this spring. The first home closings are scheduled for this fall.
Mount Hope
Construction is well underway at Mount Hope Phase 6. All townhome foundations are poured. We are excited to move in our first homeowners in June.
Westwood Village
Construction on site at Westwood Village is substantially complete. Exterior landscaping and sod are expected to be complete later this spring.
