As this year comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the overwhelming support of our homeowners. It is our privilege to be your builder of choice and to welcome so many families into their new homes every year. As we look toward the new year with excitement and anticipation, we also wanted to reflect on a few of our highlights from 2024.
WELCOMING FAMILES HOME
The Cachet team is passionate about making the dream of homeownership a reality for today’s modern families. 2024 was another record-breaking year; we welcomed close to 700 families home into our visionary communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe over the past 12 months. We are very proud to be the second-largest low-rise residential builder in Ontario.
NEW COMMUNITY RELEASES
This year saw the launch of our master-planned community in Woodstock, Heartwood by Cachet, as well as new releases in many of our existing communities, including the final phase of townhomes at Mount Hope by Cachet in Hamilton; freehold townhomes and detached homes at Avon Park by Cachet in Stratford; detached homes at Cachet Binbrook in Hamilton; and our final release of detached homes at Erin Glen by Cachet.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITIES WE BUILD IN
At Cachet, we strive to be a positive presence in the communities we build in, and we know that one of the best ways to strengthen ties to a new neighbourhood is by volunteering or donating to organizations that directly impact its residents.
This year, we were proud to once again partner with Million Dollar Smiles, a not-for-profit that reminds families and children dealing with a life-threatening illness or special needs that they are loved and valued. The Cachet team worked together to build a special playground for a child in need, which was a fun and rewarding experience.
In October, the Cachet team was proud to spend two days volunteering at an affordable housing project for Habitat for Humanity in Hamilton, a not-for-profit charity that seeks to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
We look forward to giving back to our communities in 2025, in addition to supporting the many other organizations that we contribute to each year.
BREAKING GROUND
It was a momentous year at both Erin Glen by Cachet and Cachet Binbrook, where the Cachet team commenced construction in 2024. Home construction at Erin Glen by Cachet began in April, while in June, we welcomed over 100 families to Cachet Binbrook for a groundbreaking celebration that included live entertainment, food, prizes, and more. The construction programs have been very successful this year in both communities, with home closings starting as of October and November 2024.
COMPLETED COMMUNITIES
In 2024, the Cachet Team completed construction at three communities: Cachet Arthur in Arthur; Generations in the Village of Ayr; and Bradford Urban Towns in Bradford. We welcomed hundreds of families into their new neighbourhoods and hope that that they enjoy their new homes for many years to come.
LOOKING AHEAD TO 2025
In 2025, we’re excited to welcome more homeowners into the Cachet family and to launch new master-planned communities across Southern Ontario, including Havendale by Cachet in Brantford and The Enclave by Cachet in Kitchener.
