At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Avon Park by Cachet, Cachet Binbrook, Erin Glen by Cachet, Heartwood by Cachet, Mount Hope by Cachet, and Westwood Village.
Avon Park
Servicing in Phase 1 is complete, with home construction set to begin in February.
Cachet Binbrook
Construction is progressing well at Cachet Binbrook, with exterior works almost complete for all homes in Phase 1. Our first homeowners were welcomed into the community in November. Construction is expected to be complete in Phase 1 this spring, with Phase 2 expected to commence in the coming months.
Erin Glen
We are pleased to share that more than 50 families have moved into their homes at Erin Glen by Cachet. Exterior landscaping works will continue this spring, with the majority of construction and landscaping within the Cachet community completed this year.
Heartwood
At Heartwood by Cachet, servicing of Phase 1 is complete. Home construction will begin this spring.
Mount Hope
Construction has begun for Phase 6, with all foundations complete and framing set to begin early this year. First home completions are scheduled to begin this summer.
Westwood Village
We are happy to share that exterior cladding for all remaining homes is almost finished. There are less than 50 homes to complete this year, as construction at Westwood Village continues to near completion. Final exterior works and landscaping will be complete late spring.
