At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Avon Park by Cachet, Cachet Binbrook, Erin Glen by Cachet, Heartwood by Cachet, and Mount Hope by Cachet.
Avon Park
Our two new designer-finished model homes are now open at Avon Park. Home closings have officially begun. The first few townhome blocks sold are currently under construction. The foundations of the detached homes are underway.
Cachet Binbrook
Phase 1 at Cachet Binbrook is now complete and landscaped. Home exteriors in Phase 2 are now almost entirely complete. Closings have begun, with families moving in as of this month. Landscaping for Phase 2 has started on Soules Square.
Erin Glen
Home construction across Erin Glen by Cachet is substantially complete. Interior finishes are currently underway in the last units. The remaining home closings will occur between now and the end of 2025.
Heartwood
Home construction has officially begun and is now ramping up with foundations continuing to be poured. Framing is also underway, with multiple units completed already. The first home closings are scheduled for early 2026. Our new designer-finished model homes are nearing completion and will be opening this fall.
Mount Hope
All home exteriors are now complete. Grading and landscaping across the site is in progress and are expected to be complete later this fall.
