WELCOMING FAMILIES HOME
At Cachet, we remain passionate about making the dream of homeownership a reality for today’s modern families. In 2025, we proudly welcomed over 500 families into their new homes across our communities in the Greater Golden Horseshoe. We had several of our first families move into Avon Park in Stratford and many more moved into the final phase of Mount Hope in Hamilton. In a year of market uncertainty, this milestone is a testament to the strength of our team, the dedication of our partners, and the trust our homeowners have placed in us.
NEW COMMUNITY RELEASES
This year saw the launch of Brantford’s most anticipated new master-planned community, Havendale by Cachet, as well as new releases across many of our existing communities, including the launch of Phase 2 freehold townhomes at Cachet Binbrook in Hamilton, and our final release of detached homes at Erin Glen by Cachet.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITIES WE BUILD IN
At Cachet, we strive to be a positive presence in the communities we build in and are committed to giving back to organizations that support the wellbeing of families across Ontario.
This year, we were proud to partner again with Million Dollar Smiles, a not-for-profit that reminds families and children dealing with a life-threatening illness or special needs that they are loved and valued. The Cachet team worked together to build a new playground for a child in need, which was a fun and rewarding experience.
In November, the Cachet team was proud to spend a day volunteering at an affordable housing project for Habitat for Humanity in Hamilton, a not-for-profit charity that seeks to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
We look forward to giving back to organizations that support the communities we build in again in 2026.

In 2025, Cachet continued to support local organizations and community events that make a meaningful impact through our charitable donations and sponsorships.
Beyond hands-on volunteering, Cachet proudly supports a range of organizations and local initiatives through donations and sponsorships. In 2025, this support extended to arts, culture, community events, community housing, and family-focused organizations across Southern Ontario, including local events like Cowapolooza in Woodstock and partners such as the Elora Centre for the Arts, Feed Ontario, Boys & Girls Club of Canada, Keaton’s House, and other long-standing Cachet Cares initiatives, helping create positive, lasting change in the neighbourhoods we build in.
BREAKING GROUND
We were excited to break ground and two new communities in 2025: Avon Park by Cachet in Stratford and Heartwood by Cachet in Woodstock.
Both groundbreaking events were celebrated with homeowners, members of the municipality, and members of our team; and both events featured food, entertainment, and opportunities for homeowners to connect with their neighbours and learn more about the building process.
COMPLETED COMMUNITIES
In 2025, the Cachet Team officially completed construction at Westwood Village. This was a landmark community for us in Cambridge, and we’re proud to have welcomed hundreds of families into this master-planned neighbourhood over the years.
