To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re thrilled to showcase several Cachet homes and communities from the last four decades. Today we’re looking back at Cachet Lanes, a stunning collection of townhomes built in 2003 in the Erin Mills community. Cachet Lanes’ executive townhomes on 23’ lots have added prestige to the Eglinton Road corridor due to the exceptional architectural design of the project.
Cachet designed and built beautiful Tudor and Georgian inspired townhomes with two-car garages accessed via rear lanes to preserve the continuity and consistency of the architecture exposed to the main thoroughfare. The community spans 20 acres and 240 homes, and is home to hundreds of happy homeowners.
