Today, we look back at Summit Trail, Cachet’s first semi-custom home community perched high atop the summit of Richmond Hill’s prestigious Bayview area.
Summit Trail on Bayview presented a natural opportunity for Cachet to apply its semi-custom-building expertise to a larger community. A private enclave of just 32 one-acre lots, the homes of Summit Trail showcase the detail and quality that are the trademarks of Cachet’s most luxurious custom estates. The first of Cachet’s fully turnkey residential development communities, these beautiful semi-custom homes were marketed, sold, developed, constructed and delivered all within just 18 months.
After the success of Summit Trail, Cachet acquired additional estate lots in the adjoining Bayview Country Estates community, where the same semi-custom-building principles were applied to construct distinctive homes for families to enjoy.
Summit Trail on Bayview presents an early example of Cachet’s commitment to building visionary communities in southern Ontario.
