At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Cachet Arthur, Cachet ParQ, Generations in the Village of Ayr, Mount Hope by Cachet, and Westwood Village. We are one step closer to welcoming you home.
Cachet Arthur
Construction has commenced for the detached homes in Phase 1 at Cachet Arthur. We have several foundations backfilled and anticipate framing will begin shortly.
Cachet ParQ
Brick is almost complete on Block 11 at ParQ. Framing is well underway with just 3 blocks left to begin. Interior rough-ins and finishings are also underway in many blocks.
Generations in the Village of Ayr
Families continue to move into their new homes at Generations. Construction has commenced for the detached homes in Phase 2, with the first foundations poured.
Mount Hope by Cachet
A substantial portion of the community is now complete, and we have welcomed home approximately 250 families to date. Construction on the final phase of townhomes has commenced, with all foundations expected to be poured in the coming weeks. The remaining homes in Mount Hope are expected to close be complete between now and Spring 2023.
Westwood Village
We have welcomed home our first few homeowners to Westwood Village. Production continues to ramp up in Phase 1 with all permits issued. Construction has also commenced for the detached homes in Phase 2.
