At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Avon Park by Cachet, Cachet Binbrook, Erin Glen by Cachet, Heartwood by Cachet, and Mount Hope by Cachet.
Avon Park
Home construction continues to progress well at Avon Park by Cachet with most foundations poured in Phase 1. Framing has also begun across the site. We are looking forward to welcoming the first families home this Fall.
Cachet Binbrook
Construction at Cachet Binbrook is progressing well with Phase 1 substantially complete and landscaping scheduled to be complete by July. In Phase 2, majority of home foundations have been poured, and framing has begun. We are excited to welcome our first families home in Phase 2 in September.
Erin Glen
The majority of homes in Phase 1 at Erin Glen are near completion, with all exterior works done, and home closings continuing until the end of the year. Landscaping in Phase 1 is substantially complete and will be done in Phase 2 by the end of the summer. The majority of foundations in Phase 2 have been poured, as well.
Heartwood
Servicing in Phase 1 is substantially complete, with building permit issuance and home construction expected to commence this month.
Mount Hope
Home construction continues to progress well at Mount Hope. All foundations have now been poured, and the majority of homes have been framed. Masonry work is approximately 50% complete across the site, with all exterior works expected to be completed by the end of summer. Landscaping is scheduled to be completed by later this fall, with all units expected to be complete by the end of this year.
