At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Bradford Urban Towns, Cachet Arthur, Cachet Binbrook, Cachet ParQ, Erin Glen, Generations in the Village of Ayr, Mount Hope by Cachet and Westwood Village.
Bradford Urban Towns
Construction is progressing well at Bradford Urban Towns. Block 4 is currently being occupied. All masonry is now complete, with all blocks soon to be fully cladded. External hardscaping has begun with the installation of walkways and retaining walls. Blocks 3, 8, and 9 are scheduled to begin occupancy in spring, with all blocks expected to be occupied by July.
Cachet Arthur
Construction at Cachet Arthur is progressing well, with all framing completed site-wide. Grading and sodding will be completed later this spring. We are pleased to share that we are nearing site completion, with homeowners moving into their new homes in the community each week.
Cachet Binbrook
We are pleased to report that our earthworks program is complete, and we are nearing completion of the underground servicing and roadworks in Phase 1. We are expected to pave roads in Phase 1 by early spring with home construction to follow shortly thereafter.
Cachet ParQ
We are happy to share that all homes at Cachet ParQ have now closed with construction in the community nearing completion.
Erin Glen
Our construction team is preparing to commence construction at Erin Glen shortly. We expect our team to begin home building in early spring.
Generations in the Village of Ayr
We are excited to share that Phase 1 at Generations is completely closed out, and construction in Phase 2 is expected to be complete this summer, with just a few homes left to begin framing. We are currently planning to commence our grading and sodding program in early spring, as weather permits.
Mount Hope
Townhome construction is progressing well, with exteriors now complete. Interiors are nearing completion as well, with all kitchens now installed.
Westwood Village
Progress is moving smoothly at Westwood Village, with all homes in Phase 2 fully bricked. Construction is well underway and progressing well for homes in Phase 3, with the first closings expected this month. More than 50 foundations have been poured in Phase 4, and framing has begun on the detached units. We are looking forward to celebrating the opening of the community park in June.
