Since April, we have made significant progress at our Cachet Bradford Parkside, Westwood Village, Mount Hope, Cachet ParQ, and Bradford Urban Towns communities—we are one step closer to welcoming you home.
CACHET BRADFORD PARKSIDE
We’re excited to announce that Cachet Bradford Parkside is fully occupied—all homeowners now live comfortably in this beautiful community. Curbs and sidewalks are complete, in preparation for asphalt paving and sod installation. Our team is busy working on the final touches at Bradford Parkside, including landscaping.
CACHET WESTWOOD VILLAGE
At Westwood Village in Cambridge, we’re pleased to announce that internal servicing has begun. We’re excited to share more updates with you in the near future.
CACHET MOUNT HOPE
At Cachet Mount Hope, interiors and exteriors of the Phase 1 detached homes are close to completion. Our construction team is hard at work framing the Phase 1 townhome blocks, and we’re getting close to beginning the interior finishes of Blocks 1 and 2. Over a dozen homes are now occupied by happy homeowners with more move-ins scheduled to occur in the coming months. We’re working on scheduling sidewalk and curb installation, with landscape work scheduled to begin this fall. Foundation walls for Phase 2 homes are underway with many completed, while framing is also underway.
CACHET PARQ
At Cachet ParQ in Brantford, servicing on-site is nearly complete. Roads are expected to be paved by late September and construction of the new homes is scheduled to begin this fall.
CACHET BRADFORD URBAN TOWNS
At Bradford Urban Towns, our team has been working to get the floors of Blocks 1 and 2 ready in preparation for concrete pouring. We’ve also begun work on Block 5, as well. Water-proofing has been applied to Block 6 and we’re getting ready to move to the backfill stage. The foundation walls of Block 7 are currently under construction.
