At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Bradford Urban Towns, Cachet Arthur, Cachet Binbrook, Cachet ParQ, Erin Glen, Generations in the Village of Ayr, Mount Hope by Cachet and Westwood Village.
Bradford Urban Towns
All nine townhome blocks are now under construction. Masonry work has been completed on Blocks 1, 2 and 4, with stucco and siding substantially completed on these blocks. Masonry work is underway on Blocks 3 and 9, and carpentry is moving forward on Blocks 5, 6 and 7. Interior work for Blocks 1-4, 8 and 9 are well underway. Exterior cladding is expected to be completed by the end of this year on all townhome blocks. Occupancies will be commencing by the end of this year.
Cachet Arthur
Home construction continues to progress at Cachet Arthur, with framing expected to be complete by the end of this year. The first homeowners have begun to move into the community, and sod and driveways are expected to begin in early spring.
Cachet Binbrook
We are pleased to report that our earthworks program at Cachet Binbrook is substantially complete. Our team has commenced underground servicing for Phase 1, with the goal of starting home construction in the new year.
Cachet ParQ
Progress is moving smoothly at ParQ, with all units in Block 4 now closed, and Blocks 1, 2, 5 and 8 expected to be closed by the end of the year. All Blocks except 1, 2 and 8 have base coat asphalt completed, with the three remaining blocks to be paved by the end of October. All framing and roofing is completed site wide. Curbs and sidewalks are largely complete in preparation for road asphalt. Landscapers have begun to sod, plant trees and lay interlock stone on walkways, with the goal of having the community landscaped by the end of the year.
Erin Glen
At Erin Glen, underground servicing and roadworks are substantially complete with building permit availability expected by the end of the year. Home construction is expected to begin by the end of the year, as well.
Generations in the Village of Ayr
We are pleased to share that Phase 1 at Generations will be substantially closed out in November. Phase 2 construction continues to commence, with the remaining foundations expected to be completed in the coming month. Families in Phase 2 are now moving into their new homes.
Mount Hope
Mount Hope has seen great progress on site, with brick work complete on townhome Blocks A through F. Curbs have been installed and sidewalks have been poured. Decks for Blocks A and B are complete, and homeowners are beginning to move into both blocks. Homeowners are also beginning to occupy their residences in Block F, with more homes expected to close in Block E in November. Exterior works and landscaping is expected to be complete by this fall.
Westwood Village
Home construction is progressing well on site, with Phase 1 expected to be closed out and sodding complete by this fall. Phase 2 homeowners have also begun to move into their new homes. Phase 3 is well underway, with all foundations expected to be poured by this fall. Construction of Westwood Park continues to progress, with all hardscape features expected to be completed this fall, and remaining planting and sodding scheduled to be completed this spring. We look forward to the grand opening of the park next summer.
