Try Elliott Tree Farm’s Maple Syrup Experience

Celebrate the 2023 maple syrup harvest by experiencing the sugar bush firsthand. Just 15 minutes from Erin Glen, Elliott Tree Farm in Erin promises a sweet start to your March Break. Begin your day with their famous all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast in the Horse Barn Canteen, followed by a brief history of maple syrup in the tree cellar. Afterwards, walk their trails, see their horses, get lost in a hay bale maze, and experience the process of maple syrup production, which includes checking sap buckets in the forest, tasting sap and maple sugar, and learning how to make toffee.
