The home type we build largely depends on municipality guidelines, local planning policy, market demand, and compatibility with the existing community.
DO YOU HAVE A FORMAL BUILDING PROCESS THAT ALL HOMES GO THROUGH?
Yes — Cachet homes are built to meet exacting specifications by our professional homebuilding supervisors and trade partners. Before being delivered to our purchasers, each home goes through a vigorous quality assurance assessment at every stage of the building process from foundation to framing to mechanical rough-ins to finishing.
HOW HAVE TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE INDUSTRY IMRPOVED CACHET’S BUSINESS?
Technology has allowed us to utilize homebuilding software to automate the home building process from design to construction to completion and after-care service. It offers checks and balances that have helped us reduce the risk of human error, ultimately allowing us to provide a more seamless new home buying experience to families.
