Welcoming You Home
First and foremost — congratulations! At this stage of your journey, you are officially a new homeowner, and we sincerely hope that you’re settling into your Cachet home nicely. We want you to enjoy your new home right away, and as such, this phase is about providing you with all the important information and contacts you’ll need to ensure your home is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Upon moving in, you will receive a package from Cachet that includes information about the warranty process, general home maintenance, an emergency contacts list and helpful additional resources. We will also provide you with a Customer Care contact for any warranty-related or service questions you may have.
